How do I know which Planning Application to submit?
Due to varying needs, different Planning and Zoning applications and Permits may be required for each project in Georgetown. We would encourage you to utilize the following resources to learn more about the various Planning and Zoning Applications and which ones you may need to submit in order to move your project forward.
Development Manual
The Development Manual is intended to provide applicants with the information and forms necessary to file a complete application required by the UDC. The manual contains all forms, fees, and guides for each type of permit processed by the Planning Department, plus meeting dates and other important information.

Pre-Application Meetings
