The City of Georgetown offers Pre-Application Meetings as a free service to help you understand the development process. These meetings are a chance to ask questions, learn about requirements, and get guidance before submitting your application.

Pre-Application Meetings are especially helpful at the beginning of a project. City staff from different departments may attend to answer questions, and design professionals like engineers or architects are encouraged to join. This helps your project team know what’s required and how to prepare a complete application.

To get the most out of your meeting, upload these items with your request form:

  • Site Location Map

  • Conceptual Site Plan

  • Be sure to complete the form and click Submit when finished.
