Borrowing Times and Return Policy at Georgetown Public Library
Overview:
Most library items can be borrowed for 14 or 21 days. There are no late fees, but items overdue by 60 days are considered missing and must be replaced.
At Georgetown Public Library, most materials can be checked out for either 14 or 21 days. Adult books are marked for easy reference:

Yellow tape = 14-day loan

Red tape = 21-day loan
The library does not charge late fees. However, items overdue by 60 days or more are marked as missing, and you’ll be responsible for the replacement cost.
