If you believe your property was damaged due to City operations or equipment, you can file a claim for review. The Georgetown Safety and Risk Team assists residents and businesses with this process.
How to File a Claim

Submit a Notice of Claim Form online through the City of Georgetown’s website

Include details such as the date, time, location, and description of the incident

Attach any supporting documentation, such as photos, repair estimates, or witness statements

Each claim is reviewed individually, and additional information may be requested during the investigation
Submitting a claim does not guarantee reimbursement. The city will assess each case to determine if compensation is appropriate.
