The Downtown Georgetown Association hosts the popular Christmas Stroll every year in December, bringing together the community for holiday festivities, shopping, and entertainment.
Key Information for the Christmas Stroll

Mobile Food Vendors
- Permit Requirement: Any Mobile Food Vendor wishing to operate in the City of Georgetown or Emergency Services District #8 (E.S.D.#8) must obtain a Mobile Food Vendor Permit from the Fire & Life Safety Division of the Georgetown Fire Department.
- Mobile Food Vendor Application: Vendors can apply for this permit online.
- Fee: The Mobile Food Vendor Fire Permit costs $125 and is valid for one year from the date it is issued.
- Temporary Food Establishment (TFE) Permit: If you’re operating at a temporary event, Williamson County may also require you to obtain a Temporary Food Establishment (TFE) Permit to comply with county regulations.
