The Downtown Georgetown Association hosts the popular Christmas Stroll every year in December, bringing together the community for holiday festivities, shopping, and entertainment.

Key Information for the Christmas Stroll

  • More Information: Guests can visit the event’s website for details on the stroll, including activities, vendor opportunities, and more.
  • Vendors: If you’re interested in being a vendor at the event, you can through the association’s website.

Mobile Food Vendors

  • Permit Requirement: Any Mobile Food Vendor wishing to operate in the City of Georgetown or Emergency Services District #8 (E.S.D.#8) must obtain a Mobile Food Vendor Permit from the Fire & Life Safety Division of the Georgetown Fire Department.
    • Mobile Food Vendor Application: Vendors can apply for this permit online.
    •  Fee: The Mobile Food Vendor Fire Permit costs $125 and is valid for one year from the date it is issued.
  • Temporary Food Establishment (TFE) Permit: If you’re operating at a temporary event, Williamson County may also require you to obtain a Temporary Food Establishment (TFE) Permit to comply with county regulations.
