If you are experiencing a dispute with your landlord or tenant involving rent, repairs, lease terms, or other housing concerns, Austin Tenants Council (ATC) may be able to provide information and assistance.

ATC provides counseling, education, and information about residential tenant-landlord disputes, including:

• Rent and payment disputes

• Repair and maintenance concerns

• Lease terms and tenant-landlord responsibilities

• Information about tenant and landlord rights and responsibilities

• Guidance for resolving housing-related concerns

ATC offers telephone, online, and in-house counseling. Services are available to residents in Travis and Williamson counties.
