New electric or water meter requests may be initiated on the MGO Connect Customer Portal.   

These services are connected to our utility systems and inspections are required to obtain a permit.

Proposed Development and/or Commercial Property:
A Utility Evaluation allows the city to reasonably evaluate the proposed development with existing utility capabilities and for the consistency with the current utility master plan.
