Verify the limb is actually on the electric line.  Please refer to the diagram below to see a typical setup. 

Power lines are located at the very top of the pole for safety reasons.

The City of Georgetown has multiple electric providers in the area.

Confirm you are a City of Georgetown electric customer by checking this map.

1. Click on the “Layer List” in the top right-hand corner of the page.
2. Click on the “Utility Layers” drop-down arrow
3. Select “Electric Service Providers” and find the address in question
