Get Help with Your Planning Application - Request an In-Application Meeting
Overview
The City of Georgetown offers In-Application Meetings as a free service to help applicants understand review comments on planning applications. These meetings provide direct feedback from City staff before moving forward in the process.
In-Application Meetings give applicants the chance to discuss outstanding comments on:
-
Subdivision Plats
-
Site Development Plans
-
Subdivision Construction Plans
-
Heritage Tree Permits
Meetings are 30 minutes, held Thursdays between 2–4 p.m., and can be scheduled virtually (Microsoft Teams) or in person at the Planning Office, 809 Martin Luther King Jr. St.
To schedule a meeting, applicants must:
- Request your In-Application Meeting
-
Complete the first review
-
Pay all fees
-
Attach plan sheets with comments
-
Ensure the case is not in active review.
