During a natural or man-made disaster, residents are encouraged to stay informed by tuning into trusted weather sources, including NOAA weather radio, the National Weather Service and local news stations.

The city will post public information on social media channels such as Facebook, X (Twitter), Nextdoor and Emails to provide specific information and updates on road closures and conditions, power outage etc.
