Curbside Yard Trimming Collection

Texas Disposal Systems (TDS) picks up yard trimmings on the 1st recycling day of each month, year-round, from your curbside.

  • Material must be in bundles, personal containers, or compostable paper bags.
  • Each bundle should be no more than four (4) feet in length, no more than 35 pounds, and secured with twine/string.
  • Residents may also use a personal container marked specifically with the words ‘Yard Trimmings’ and the address on the container.
  • Maximum of 20 items; this can be any combination of paper bags, personal containers, or bundles.

*If more than 20 paper bags need to be collected, each additional bag must have a Bag Tag. Bag Tags may be purchased at the Georgetown Municipal Complex, 300-1 Industrial Ave.
