Report a Pothole

Overview
Potholes can form quickly due to weather changes and traffic wear. Reporting them helps keep Georgetown’s streets safe and well-maintained. Please report potholes based on their location and jurisdiction.

To ensure your pothole report is directed to the correct agency, identify where the pothole is located:

• City of Georgetown

• SH 29, SH 195, FM 971, FM 2243 or 1460(Leander Rd)

• Austin Ave from Williams Drive to Inner Loop

• Austin Ave (State Spur 26) from SE Inner Loop to FM 1460

• Williamson County Roads

•  Private Property - Report to Property Owner
