Systems Engineering manages construction projects related to the Capital Improvements Plan (CIP) as well as commercial and multi-family private development.

The Georgetown Planning Department manages the day-to-day land development process which includes zoning, subdivision, and site development applications.  We manage long range planning, historic preservation, neighborhood outreach, and housing programs.

Use the Planning Projects: Public Notice map to gather more detailed information such as project name, project description, and meeting dates/times.

The city also publishes the ClearGov CIP site for capital improvement project information such as locations, costs, timelines, and status updates.
