Christmas Tree Recycling

Curbside
Discard your tree curbside on the first recycling day of the month.

TDS will collect it as part of the Yard Trimming collections.

The tree must be 7 feet or shorter. Longer trees must be cut into manageable sizes.

Items such as tinsel, decorations, and lights must be removed from the tree, or a fee will be charged for the tree to be disposed of as landfill.

Drop-Off
Residents may discard a real tree at the Transfer Station at no charge from January 2-January 31.

The Transfer Station is located at 250 W.L. Walden Road (behind the Animal Shelter).

Tinsel, decorations, and lights must be removed from the tree, or a fee will be charged for the tree to be disposed of as landfill.
