City of Georgetown Permit Requirements

Any Mobile Food Vendor operating in the City of Georgetown or in Emergency Services District #8 (E.S.D. #8) is required to have a Mobile Food Vendor Fire Permit from the Fire & Life Safety Division of the Georgetown Fire Department.

Permit Details: 

An additional Parks Food Truck Application is required to operate in San Gabriel or Garey Park after receiving the Mobile Food Vendor Fire Permit mentioned above.

Williamson County may require food vendors that are participating in temporary events to obtain a Temporary Food Establishment (TFE) permit if operating within Williamson County.
