City of Georgetown Permit Requirements
Any Mobile Food Vendor operating in the City of Georgetown or in Emergency Services District #8 (E.S.D.#8) is required to have a Mobile Food Vendor Fire Permit from the Fire & Life Safety Division of the Georgetown Fire Department.
Permit Details:
• Permit Fee: $125
• Valid For: 1 year from the date of issue
An additional Parks Food Truck Application is required to operate in San Gabriel or Garey Park after receiving the Mobile Food Vendor Fire Permit mentioned above.
