Need Help After a Fall?

If someone has fallen and cannot get up, please call the Georgetown Police Department’s non-emergency line at (512) 930-3510.

A trained Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) will be dispatched to assist.

What to Expect:

  • A medical professional will assess the individual upon arrival.

  • Service fees may apply, depending on the situation.

When to Call 911: 

  • The fall occurs on a weekend or holiday, when non-emergency services may be limited.

  • The person has been on the ground for more than one hour.

  • The person is injured, unconscious, or experiencing significant pain or distress.
