How do I get a fire report to file a claim with my insurance company?

Submit a request for Public Information using the online Public Information Center.

The Public Information Center allows you to:

  • Track the status of your request

  • Correspond with City staff regarding your request

  • Download responsive records once they have been made available

If you are unable to use the Public Information Center

Complete the Public Information Request Form and submit your request using any of the designated methods listed below:

  • E-mail: records@georgetowntexas.gov

  • In Person: City of Georgetown Offices

  • Mail: Georgetown City Hall, Attn: Open Records, 808 Martin Luther King Jr. St., Georgetown, TX 78626
