Overview

Eligible Texas residents can register to vote in the county where they live. Williamson County provides several ways to obtain a voter registration application.

How to Get a Voter Registration Application

You can obtain a Voter Registration Application in the following ways:

• Download and print the Texas Voter Registration Application (PDF).

• Call the Williamson County Elections Department at 512-943-1630.

• Pick up an application at locations throughout the county, including post offices, libraries, and Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) offices.

Voter Registration Deadline

Your voter registration application must be submitted at least 30 days before an election to be eligible to vote in that election.

In Texas, voters do not register by political party. Instead, they register in the county where they currently reside.
