There are four tiers for garbage service with TDS. 

Tier 1 - Customers located within the City of Georgetown city limits.

Tier 2 - Customers within a MUD (municipal utility districts) that has a contract with TDS as their solid waste collection provider.

Tier 3 - Customers within a MUD that has no contract.

Tier 4 - Customers within the ETJ and does not live within a MUD.
