Report a Watering Violation
(This link will take you to a separate system maintained by Georgetown Water Utility.)
Please note: At the first occurrence of a violation, customers will receive a courtesy notice. (Customers will only receive one courtesy notice in a 12-month period.). After that, violations may result in fees based on the drought stage and property type (residential or nonresidential). Customers have 10 days to comply or request a hearing. If no action is taken, a fee may be applied to the utility account starting on the 11th day.
