The City of Georgetown offers several convenient ways to pay your utility bill.

Online Payments

  • Amazon Pay

  • Walmart Pay

  • Apple Pay

Phone Payments

  • Our automated payment system is available 24/7
  •  May a payment by calling 1-855-347-0509
  • Please have your account number ready
  • Agents cannot take payments over the phone

Pay by Mail

  • Delivery time depends on your mail carrier

Pay Through Your Bank

  • Most banks offer bill pay services through their website or mobile app
  • Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on the financial institution

Drop Box

  • Do not place cash in any drop box

  • Payments are processed during regular business hours only

  • Checks are not accepted after disconnection for non-payment or on accounts with NSF
