What is the balance on my utility account?

Customers can register on our CSS (Customer Self Service) Portal to:

  • Start, Stop or Transfer Utility Services (requires 2 business day notice)
  • View and pay your bills
  • Sign up for Pay-by-Text
  • Review consumption data depending on meter type
  • Sign up for paperless billing 
  • Manage Your Wallet - Set up and manage automatic payments
  • Make service and account requests
  • Manage account contact information such as email, mailing address, and phone numbers
