Report power fluctuations, low voltage, flickering or dimming lights, or partial power outages to the City of Georgetown Customer Care Team.
When to Report a Power Issue
Contact the Customer Care Team if you notice any of the following:

Fluctuating power: Your electricity seems to surge or weaken.

Low voltage: Your electrical devices or appliances are not receiving normal power.

Flickering or dimming lights: Your lights flicker or become unusually dim.

Partial power outage: Some areas of your home or business have power, while others do not.
