A utility pole with a horizontal crossarm is shown against a foggy, grey background. Three electrical insulators are mounted on the crossarm, supporting power lines. On the far-left insulator, a bright white and blue arcing line is visible, indicating a power line failure or short circuit. Bare, wintry trees are visible in the foreground and to the right.
