Report a Water Outage

Overview

If you are experiencing a water outage, check the Water Outage Map first to see if the outage has already been reported. If it is not listed, contact Georgetown Utilities to report the outage.

Report an Outage

First, check for current outages on the Water Outage Map.

If there is no outage reported in your area:

• Call 512-930-3640 and press 1.

• The system will recognize your phone number if it is associated with your utility account.

To receive an update about a water outage at your property, check the Water Outage Map or text STATUS to 512-930-3640.
