Knowledge Base

The City of Georgetown welcomes citizen feedback and considers it crucial to improve our Knowledge Base and identify areas for improvement. 

There are two options that allow citizens to suggest changes or request new articles:

Option 1

1. Scroll to the bottom of any Knowledge Base article and let us know if this page is helpful.

2. Select Yes or No and enter your detailed comments.

3. Click "Send Feedback".  

4. City staff will review your feedback and take action. 

Option 2

1. Select "Report an Issue" and choose "Knowledge Base Article Request" as the type of issue. 

2. Enter the required information and submit.  

3. City staff will review your feedback and take action.
