Garbage and Debris Regulations
Section 8.20.080 of the City of Georgetown Code of Ordinances, it is a violation to place, throw, or allow garbage, brush, loose waste, or other refuse to be left on public or private property outside a building, unless it is disposed of according to Texas Disposal Systems policies and procedures.
